Delivery Information

Usual Delivery Times

All the orders we receive from you (our customers) are a unique combination of letters that you have designed (clever you!) so each one is custom made (by us) as the orders are received.  So please bear this in mind when you place your order and allow 10-14 working days for delivery of Canvases and Mugs. If your order is particularly urgent (and we understand this CAN happen), please just let us know in the 'Special Instructions' section of the order process and we will do our utmost to get your order to you on time.

We try to keep all your favourite Greeting Cards in stock so these can usually be sent out within a week. For when the unthinkable happens and we run out of stock, it will take a little longer - allow 2 weeks.  Again, if it's urgent, let us know and will do everything we can.

Photo orders will be sent out within 2 days of receiving the order.

Now for the disclaimer - the above times are a rough guide and sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. Should a delay be inevitable, we will let you know and do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.
